Hassene Patchwork Linen Shirt
Inspired by the Japanese tradition of boro textiles, the Hassene Linen Shirt by Anissa Aida brings patchwork construction to a clean, contemporary silhouette. Contrasting linen panels in shades of blue create subtle shifts in color and pattern throughout the shirt.
Designed for warm-weather dressing, the relaxed silhouette features sleeves that can be rolled and secured with button tabs. Thoughtful patchwork detailing gives a distinctive character to an otherwise simple linen shirt. Designed and made in Tunisia.

Raised in Paris and Tunisia, designer Anissa Meddeb creates clothing and accessories inspired by the intersection of North African culture and Japanese aesthetics. The Parsons School of Design graduate interned for Marc Jacobs Accessories and avant-garde fashion collective ThreeAsFour before launching her own label in 2016. Designed in New York and produced in Tunisia, Meddeb’s looks invoke classic Arab silhouettes with an architectural edge. Dubbed “one to watch” by Fashion Scout London, she has shown at fashion weeks in Paris, London and Berlin, and was recently selected as a FIT Design Entrepreneur at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
