ANISSA AIDA
Djerbian linen blouse in stone
Anissa Aida’s Djerbian Blouse is a contemporary reimagining of the traditional men’s workwear cloak worn on the island of Djerba in southern Tunisia. Designed in a shorter, tunic-style silhouette, it honors heritage while offering a refined, modern fit.
Crafted from linen haïk, a breathable North African fabric known for its lightness and drape, this blouse features a rounded collar, piped detailing along the neckline and shoulders, and square gussets under the arms for ease of movement. Knife pleats at the cuffs lend sculptural detail to the long sleeves. Two rounded side pockets provide everyday function, while a discreet interior pocket on the left adds a thoughtful finish. In a soft stone hue, this piece channels quiet elegance and versatility—an understated staple designed for effortless dressing.
