Blue Fish
Blush pink chechia hat
The traditional hat of Tunisia, the chechia is a small felt cap, but really, it’s much more. It’s the work of thousands of artisans, who have been making the chechia the same way for generations — importing wool, crocheting it into a simple shape, felting, brushing, dying and baking until it emerges as a graceful, petite cap. The process to make each delicate blush pink chechia takes four months, but place it on your head and you’re wearing years of craftsmanship and tradition.
