How to apply: Apply morning and night. Dispense one pump and gently pat under both eyes. Smooth the product outward from the inner corner, using light, sweeping motions to drain puffiness and smooth fine lines. Use any remaining product around the lips for added hydration. For an enhanced toning and decongesting effect, store in the fridge before use.
