ANISSA AIDA
Djerbian Linen Haïk Blouse in Stone
Anissa Aida's Djerbian Blouse is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional men's workwear cloak worn on the island of Djerba in southern Tunisia. Reimagined in a shorter, tunic-inspired silhouette, it draws on Tunisian heritage while embracing a refined, modern sensibility.
Woven from lightweight linen haïk, a breathable North African fabric prized for its airy texture and beautiful drape, this blouse features a sculptural standing collar, piped detailing along the neckline and shoulders, and square underarm gussets for ease of movement. Knife pleats at the button cuffs add subtle structure to the voluminous sleeves, while rounded patch pockets and a discreet interior pocket lend everyday practicality. Rendered in a soft stone hue, it is an effortlessly elegant piece that moves seamlessly from season to season.
